Alliance University offers a range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes. The duration of UG courses like BBA and Bcom (Hons) is three years each, whereas BTech is a four-year programme. PG courses are of two-year duration, and integrated law courses are of five years each. Apart from this, the university offers a part-time Executive PGDM programme of 16 months.

Alliance University offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral programs along with various professional Certificate programs. It runs BBA, B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons.), BA, BA (Hons.), BFA, B.Com. (Hons.), B.Tech., BA-LL.B (Hons.) and BBA-LLB (Hons.) at UG level. AT PG level, the University offers MBA, Executive PGDM, and LL.M. Candidates can take admission in the programs under Arts, Management, Engineering, Science and Law.
- Admission to MBA is based on valid score from tests like AMAT/GMAT/CAT/NMAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/KMAT scores. Candidates will also be judged on their prior academic performance, an oral extempore, and an interview.
- Admission to B.Tech and M.Tech programs is offered on the basis of scores in the AUSAT followed by a personal interview conducted by Alliance College of Engineering and Design.
- Alliance University also offers direct admission to B.Tech Lateral entry program.
- Securing admission in BBA and B.Com. (Hons.) requires a valid score in the AUSAT conducted by Alliance School of Business.
- Admission to B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons.), BA, BA (Hons.) and BFA is done on the basis of AUSAT/SAT/ACT/Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Exam scores.
- For BA-LL.B, BBA-LL.B and LL.M, students must have a good score in CLAT/LSAT/AUSAT.
- However, the University gives preference to candidates with a score in CAT/MAT/CMAT/NMAT.
- The university provides admission in Executive PGDM based on the performance in the PI round only.
- For PhD programs in Management, Engg. & Science and Law, applicants have to qualify for the ARAT conducted by the university.
