SOIL Institute of Management was established in 2008 when top executives of several corporations and spiritual thinkers got together to address the most difficult challenge of changing the reality of our current times, for a better tomorrow. SOIL was co-created by 32 leading companies and supported by 25 NGOs with the aim to build Leaders with character, competence and enthusiasm. SOIL Institute of Management is awarded the SHRM’s ‘Game Changer’ Academic Institute of the Year Award. SOIL offers postgraduate programs in Human Resource, Business Design, and Business Leadership.
The business school has a total of two programmes which are PGPM Analytics and Digital, PGPM Business Leadership and PGPM Human Resource Leadership. All two courses have common eligibility criteria i.e. undergraduate degree from a recognised university.
All the courses are of 12 months duration divided into 2 semesters. The curriculum of the courses aims at developing global competencies.

Bachelor degree with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university
The SOIL Institute of Management offers admission to two PGPM programmes. To take admission candidates are required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria of the desired course.
Marks scored by candidates in a bachelor degree are taken into consideration for admission to SOIL Institute of Management PGPM programmes. To increase their chances of admission, candidates can also appear for national-level management exams like- CAT/NMAT/GMAT/XAT. Although, it is not mandatory for aspiring candidates to sit for the said exams.
As per the SOIL Institute of Management admission process, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the application form which includes information about their past academic performance, work experience and entrance exam score.
The final selection is based on a personal interview.
