ITM Business School (ITM Mumbai), Navi Mumbai was established in the year 1991. The institute is located at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra. ITM Business School Navi Mumbai was founded in academic collaboration with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), the USA. The institute is popularly known as ITM Navi Mumbai. The institute is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is a private institution and spread over an area of 3 acres.  ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). 

ITM Navi Mumbai offers full-time PGDM and FPM programmes. The courses are available in business administration and commerce streams.
